There are community resources and services to help those in need, including medical and mental health care, housing assistance, dental and vision care, and resources for food and clothing.

We’re proud to recognize Kyle Rose for recently earning his Corepoint Associate Certification and completing Corepoint Professional: Troubleshooting & Alerts! 💙

Since joining Baxter Health last February, Kyle has stepped into a new role as Programmer/Integration Analyst I, taking on the critical responsibility of building and managing the hospital’s interfaces—essential systems that securely send and receive patient and operational data across platforms. Through dedication and hard work, he successfully completed both 90-day courses, passing final exams and building interfaces from the ground up in the Corepoint Engine.

Kyle’s commitment to growth and innovation strengthens our technology infrastructure and supports the overall success of Baxter Health. We’re grateful for his drive and excited to see the impact he’ll continue to make as part of our team!

Congratulations to Carol Wiggins, Unit Coordinator, Baxter Health Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation! She received a BEE Award for providing exceptional care and going above and beyond for her patients. 💙

Carol’s nomination story:
“We have a new stroke patient on the unit who was feeling down, defeated, and hopeless. She was crying and told me she thought she’d never get better. You stopped by after your shift was over to spend you personal time talking with her about your own experience, giving her a light at the end of the tunnel. She got to experience first hand that there is life after a stroke. She was able to relay her feelings and feel validated and listened to, voicing that she felt much better after speaking with you. The patient said, “She made all the difference in the world to me. I was able to sleep better. She gave me peace and has a great attitude.” There was so much more to that after conversation that it was overly apparent that she really did do exactly what that patient needed. Calmed her soul and spirit, allowing her to see what is possible. Thank you so much for always going above and beyond in everything that you do. You have no idea how many people you help.”
