Baxter Health is a nonprofit, ANCC Magnet® recognized hospital located in Mountain Home, Arkansas. As a fully integrated health system, Baxter Health encompasses a 268-bed short-term acute care hospital, outpatient surgery center, ambulatory surgery center, and over 40 clinics and off-site services, offering a broad range of services and specialties to meet the ever-growing needs of our 12-county service area in north central Arkansas and south central Missouri. With more than 220 primary care and specialists physicians and mid-level providers on the medical staff and approximately 2,300 employees and 450 volunteers, Baxter Health provides compassionate care beyond measure.

The 2026 Employee Fund Drive officially kicked off on April 1 with the EFD Committee (AKA Snow White, the 7 dwarfs, and an evil queen or 2!) delivering treats and information to all Baxter Health departments, clinics, off-site services, and Fulton County Hospital. To date, 748 employees have pledged $122,345!

Since the EFD began in 2001, Baxter Health employees have pledged over $3.2 million to support our projects, many of which are funded solely by the EFD.
