Meet Rachel—our newest Brand Ambassador and mama to Ben (born August ’24)! 💕

Rachel has lived all over the world, holds a PhD in Social Psychology, and is now soaking up life as a full-time mom. After moving to the Bay Area, she found her village with FIT4MOM SVC and is passionate about helping mamas feel connected, supported, and truly seen.

Lynna is a mama to two sweet girls who found her village with FIT4MOM after becoming a mom. She loves the support, love, and connection this community brings, and now she pours that right back into every class she teaches.

When she’s not leading workouts, Lynna is behind the camera capturing your sweetest family moments through her photography business. We’re so lucky to have her talent, heart, and lens in our village!
