1 Month Post-Op: Let’s talk Implants 🍈

Our patient went larger, but with PURPOSE!
Due to natural asymmetry, two different implant sizes were used to create a more balanced result.

At this stage her implants are still sitting high- and that’s completely normal.

Every breast patient should know the importance of post-op breast massage. Starting 10-14 days after surgery, massages are important to help the implants settle and reduce the risk of capsular contracture!

She’s healing beautifully and officially cleared- with some limitations ! Follow along to see how this continue to evolve in the coming months !

Dr. Shahin Fazilat is a cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Fazilat earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, where he graduated with honors. He went on to obtain his Medical Doctorate from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington DC, graduating in the top quarter of his class. He then completed his general surgery training at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.
