Keith describes emerging technologies capable of developing fast, cheap, and reliable digital biomarkers utilizing voice, face, and gait analysis, based on easy-to-collect audio and video data. He furthermore describes the utility of working with standards organizations such as the ASTM and NIST as a key approach to uniting the field in the development of composite biomarkers for non-invasively detectable functional fitness, and how this can facilitate the creation of clinical indications for age-related decline and the acceleration of all clinical trials generally.

Beyond clinical-grade kiosk units, mobile phones can collect required data types at scale, laying the ground work for powerful decentralized science possibilities, in addition to FDA-recognized endpoints and actionable clinical indications.
