In 2019, the sudden closing of Shopko in Mt. View Wyoming created an unexpected urgency to find a way to take care of pharmaceutical needs. Community members and friends were quick to contact a local favorite 40 miles away. City Drug has been around for over 100 years and many people from the Valley made the commute for the trust and personal service they grew to appreciate, however this was not an option for everyone. Understanding the importance of medication, City Drug immediately started delivering to the Valley. With the encouragement and support of the community, a second location was born. City Drug of Bridger Valley opened within months and became the city’s only independently owned and operated pharmacy.

Located in Benedict’s Market, City Drug of Bridger Valley also has a drive-thru and free delivery service. The new location offers a $4 Diabetic Test Strip Program, Free Children’s Vitamin Program and for those with no insurance, or less than desirable insurance they have a great 100 day supply cash price program. These helpful programs are in addition to the quality vitamin and supplements, medical supplies and recovery items that you will find inside.
