Entry: P&A. Dft appears this date. Dft appears without counsel and insists that he should be arraigned and allowed to proceed on his own behalf or pay the salary of a public defender. The Court has previously determined dft to not be indigent and not competent to represent himself. P&A reset to May 24, 2021, 9 a.m. Speedy trial is tolled. Court informed dft that he would be held in contempt if he appears without private counsel on May 24.

I just finished my last assignment!! I have a masters degree in Medical Cannabis Sciences and Therapeutics !! I am now the only person in Arkansas who has that degree !

This gives an excellent overview of everything that has been going on over the past two year with our fight to have a fair and impartial assessment of our Medical Cannabis Dispensary application.

Hey all, just an update. We reviewed our entire application in light of submission rules and could not under any circumstance arrive at the extremely low unofficial score assigned to our team previously. We have communicated with the MMJ Commission spokesperson who verified the discrepancy and is putting us in touch with the appropriate personnel after Christmas.

We have an exceptional team whose qualifications in this endeavor meet or exceed those of the MMJ Commission members themselves and the unofficial scores released last week reflect the opposite. We're not sure exactly where mistakes were made, but we will certainly find out and report back. We will work to clear this matter up prior to the awarding of official licenses on January 9th. Merry Christmas and happy holiday cheer!

Sorry y'all, but we came up bust. But, it looks like there will likely be a dispensary in Mt. View by another team, so that's a plus!

Thanks to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, we will likely know the raw scores for dispensary applications from Public Consulting Group by late this afternoon. This won't be the final score, as the commission will still need to add the 10 bonus points. However, we likely qualify for all 10 bonus points and our raw score will be a good indicator of whether or not we will obtain a license. Fingers crossed, y'all!
