We love postural restoration! Postural Restoration® is a treatment technique that addresses polyarticular chains throughout the body. These chains develop patterns that reflect our ability or inability to breathe, rotate, and rest, symmetrically with our left and right sides of our body. This in turn effects posture which is a reflection of the position of many systems that are regulated and created through limited functional patterns. With dysfunctional patterns we then have faulty posture, decreased ability to balance, decreased ability to perform gait, decreased ability to rest, and decreased ability to perform exercise or sport performance.

Meet our staff! Jennifer Sullivan Bullock, PT, DPT, OCS, PRC, Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Postural Restoration Certified graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in 1992 from the University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston. She is our lead therapist and is constantly smiling! We are so grateful for her!

Meet our staff! Alexis is Transformation Therapeutics Front Desk/Physical Therapist Aide! She greets the phone with a smile and recently moved to Telluride, Colorado from Texas. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and you can sometimes find her volunteering at Adaptive Sports.
