Rae Shaffner, Heather Linder and I are hosting another community healing event at the library on Thursday, November 18th from 3:00 to 6:00. We will offer a place and create a space for people to experience and process grief and trauma from all of the losses to our community over the last year, the stress of the pandemic, etc. We will give people a simple (but powerful!) ear acupuncture treatment that helps relieve stress, anxiety, PTSD, grief and more.

This event will be inside the library; first come, first served. Masks will be required. You are welcome to stay for 15 minutes or up to an hour. You get to choose when you feel your treatment is complete.

Here is a link to the library's page for this event with more info and a link to register: https://wilkinsonpubliclibrary.evanced.info/signup/eventdetails?eventid=23090&lib=0

We are trying to spread the word about this event. Please feel free to share with anyone in the community who you think would benefit from this get together!

Just wanted to let you know that I am going to relaunch my acupressure class at the library starting this Wednesday, November 10th at 8:15am MST. You'll learn an acupressure massage routine that wakes up the entire body, nourishes all of the internal organs and gets the blood flowing from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Done regularly, it helps improve immunity and wellness. It's a great way to start the day!

This will be a hybrid class -- it will be offered both in-person at the library and over Zoom. For more info and to register please visit...
