Resistance to neurotoxins is very rare💉
But if it happens, it usually isn’t to one brand. It tends to affect the whole category.

And because it’s so uncommon, we still don’t have perfect data on the washout timeline.
Right now you’ll hear 2.5 years mentioned… but that number isn’t absolute.

Before & after same day results 💉
These lips were a bit of a challenge: vertical scar + natural asymmetry.

A little bruising in the first couple of days is totally normal.

On the last slide, the before photo was taken 2 years ago and the after is today before any injection.
You can still see how beautifully the filler held up over time. ✨

Before you book Botox, ask these two questions👇

Most bad Botox happens because everyone gets treated the same way.
Same dose. Same spots.

Great results come from understanding how your face actually works.

📌 First question
“How are you choosing treatment areas to create lift and balance?”

Because treating only the wrinkle doesn’t always create lift.
Sometimes other areas need support so the face lifts naturally.

📌 Second question
“How are you accounting for my asymmetry?”

No face is perfectly even.
If your injector doesn’t see it, explain it and plan for it you’ll notice it later.

If they answer clearly and confidently, you’re in good hands.
If they get vague or say “don’t worry about it” that’s your sign 🚩

When the lower face starts to look wider with age, many people think it’s weight gain but it’s often due to gravity and skin laxity.

So when we relax the pulling patterns, the face reads lighter, softer and more balanced.

Plot twist: all of them had full facial balancing with botox + filler.

Your neck can be “pulling” your face down.
A strong platysma + DAO can widen the lower face and drag the mouth corners.

In this case, we treated lower-face + neck muscles (like the DAO and platysma) to reduce downward tension and let the face look more supported

🎯jawline looks smoother and more even
🎯neck contour looks cleaner
🎯neck lines look softer
