1 Hour at the Computer = More Neck Pain & Weak Hands! 💻
If you spend long hours at a computer, you may notice neck stiffness, headaches, or tingling in your hands. A study found that just 60 minutes of typing can increase neck pain, reduce grip strength, and even add nerve tension to the arms.
👉 Tip: Take micro-breaks as frequently as you can, stretch your neck and wrists, and keep your screen at eye level to reduce strain.
