Food is Medicine! I work with a lot of clients. Sleepless nights, overweight, anxiety, stomach issues… Need I go on? You really don’t need to eat three meals a day at timed intervals. Eat when you’re hungry stop when you’re satisfied. Eat real food. This is my breakfast. It took me less than five minutes and it’s also good for me. Join in with me for better health, Sleep, weight loss through real food that tastes real good.
