Pizzeria Uno is a franchised pizzeria restaurant chain known for its Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. The restaurant first opened in 1943 as The Pizzeria, but changed its name to Pizzeria Uno in 1955. The pizza chain was established by former University of Texas football star Ike Sewell in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. It was there that Ike served a pizza unlike any that had been served before: a thick deep dish pizza that had a tall edge like a fruit pie. Over the years, several employees of Pizzeria Uno went on to establish some of Chicago's most renowned pizza restaurants.

The pufferfish, also known as the blowfish, is the second-most poisonous creature on the planet after the golden poison frog. Nearly all pufferfish contain a toxic substance called tetrodotoxin, which is deadly to humans. According to National Geographic, tetrodotoxin is up to 1,200 times more toxic than cyanide. There is enough poison in one pufferfish to kill 30 adult humans. The poison of a pufferfish, for which there is no antidote, kills by paralyzing the diaphragm, causing suffocation.

A neurologist is a physician who specializes in treating conditions that affect the brain and nervous system. They are trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological disorders, including seizures, epilepsy, and strokes.

Seizures and epilepsy are caused by abnormal electrical activity in the brain. Neurologists use a variety of diagnostic tests, including electroencephalograms (EEGs) and brain imaging scans, to determine the cause of seizures and to develop an appropriate treatment plan. They may prescribe medications, such as antiepileptic drugs, to control seizures, or may recommend surgery if the seizures are not well controlled with medication.

Strokes are caused by a disruption of blood flow to the brain and can lead to serious neurological damage. Neurologists work with a team of healthcare professionals to quickly diagnose and treat stroke patients, using a variety of therapies such as thrombolysis, thrombectomy, to dissolve clots and restore blood flow to the brain. They may also prescribe medications to lower the risk of future strokes.

They also perform nerve conduction studies and EMG for diagnosis of neuromuscular disorders. Neurologists may also play a role in providing care for patients with chronic pain and headaches, and may provide care for patients with psychiatric conditions such as depression and anxiety if they have an underlying neurological condition. They also may be involved in providing care for patients with sleep disorders, such as insomnia and sleep apnea.

Additionally, neurologist also consult with other specialists such as neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, and neuropsychologists to provide a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment. They also work closely with other healthcare providers, such as primary care physicians, to provide continuity of care for patients with neurological disorders.

Back in 1969, Volkswagen ran a print ad with the tagline, "It's Ugly, but It Gets You There." However, instead of displaying an image of its Volkswagen Beetle, it featured the U.S. Lunar Module, the first of many lunar excursion modules to land on the Moon. Clever considering the ad used one of the greatest feats in human history to catch consumers' eyes but also came across as so honest as, at that time, Volkswagens were considered eyesores. The ad campaign resonated with car buyers and propelled sales of Volkswagen through the roof.

Rhinoplasty, commonly known as a nose job, is a plastic surgery procedure for correcting and reconstructing the form, restoring the functions, and aesthetically enhancing the nose by resolving nasal trauma (blunt, penetrating, blast), congenital defect, respiratory impediment, or a failed primary rhinoplasty. Most patients ask to remove a bump, narrow nostril width, change the angle between the nose and the mouth, as well as correct injuries, birth defects, or other problems that affect breathing, such as deviated nasal septum or a sinus condition.

In the surgeries—closed rhinoplasty and open rhinoplasty—an otolaryngologist (ear, nose, and throat specialist), a maxillofacial surgeon (jaw, face, and neck specialist), or a plastic surgeon creates a functional, aesthetic, and facially proportionate nose by separating the nasal skin and the soft tissues from the osseo-cartilaginous nasal framework, correcting them as required for form and function, suturing the incisions, using tissue glue and applying either a package or a stent, or both, to immobilize the corrected nose to ensure the proper healing of the surgical incision.
