*Prenatal Support package- $250
Includes up to 3 in -depth prenatal visits,
pregnancy education, birth planning support, emotional check- ins, and text\ email access
for questions and encouragement. (60-90 mins each)
*Birth Doula Support- $850
Includes 24/7 on- call availability from 38
weeks, continuous support during labor and
delivery, physical and emotional comfort
techniques, and 1 postpartum follow -up visit (1 hr)
* Postpartum Care- $200
Includes 2 postpartum visits focused on
recovery support, newborn care guidance,
emotional check-ins, and assistance with
feeding and sleep routines. (each postpartum visit 1hr and 45 mins)
* Virtual Doula Services- $350
Includes long -distance support. Includes 3
virtual prenatal meetings, continuous support
during labor via video\ phone, and 1 virtual
postpartum follow- up
Complete Doula Package - $1,100 (Best value)
Includes:
* One additional check- in sessions (your choice:
before or after birth)
