🎉 It’s Back. Introducing Navigating Neurodivergence for High School Students
Last year, our Navigating Neurodivergence group for middle schoolers was a huge success. Families asked us to bring it back for older students, and we listened. This time, we are opening the doors to 9th and 10th graders who are ready to build skills, confidence, and connection.
Many teens struggle to understand their unique brains and how to navigate daily challenges. Parents want to support them but often feel unsure how. This group brings both structure and support to help everyone move forward.
Teens diagnosed (officially or unofficially) with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions will learn how to:
✅ Understand what neurodivergence means for them
✅ Develop strategies for everyday challenges
✅ Strengthen social skills and build friendships
✅ Boost confidence and self-advocacy
✅ Explore how routines, environment, and nutrition can impact focus and mood
✅ Communicate needs clearly with parents, teachers, and others
Sessions are interactive, practical, and designed to meet teens where they are.
👉 Bonus: Parents will receive a recap session at the end with tools to support their teen at home.
