We are searching for a highly motivated Medical Gas Field Service Technician to join our growing team of specialists.
The Field Service Technician is an organized self-starter responsible for the hands-on maintenance, testing, and light repair of existing piped Medical Gas and Vacuum systems (alarms, patient area valves and outlets/inlets). Applicant must demonstrate:
• A positive, courteous and solution-based attitude.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Serve as an ambassador for Purely Med Gas, driven to develop a trusting relationship and rapport with our customers.
• Mechanical interest and aptitude; comfortable using light repair tools and learning about new equipment.
• Skilled in daily computer reporting, detailed documentation, truck inventory management, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to read and understand service manuals, technical schematics and building blueprints.
• Willingness to travel and work within patient care areas in numerous healthcare facilities throughout Wisconsin; after-hours work and overtime opportunities available. Some last-minute travel requested.
• Embody an enthusiastic, can-do attitude with an ability to do what it takes to get the job done.
