Hammer Rehab & Fitness Center We are Therapy, We are Fitness Kathy is a graduate of North Park University and the Mayo Foundation School of Physical Therapy.

She is a lifetime member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She worked as a school physical therapist and traveling Physical Therapist before opening her own facility. She is a licensed WorkSTEPS® Employment Testing provider and Job Site Assessments specialist. Kathy is certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), WorkSTEPS® Post Offer Testing, and is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. She is also a certified Clinical Instructor through the APTA and has assisted in training many local Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) students. Her experience and continuing education training have focused on complex neurological, pediatric, orthopedic rehabilitation sports rehab, manual therapy techniques, industrial rehab and certified in dry needling.
