the way seems long
The trials hard

Trying to go on
And make it
Day after day
Is filled with overwhelm

Depression robs
Of daily strength
Heavy burdens
Are like a weight

I know the One
Who is the Burden Bearer
Who can lift
Your heaviness

Sometimes it’s
Life’s circumstances
That just
Won’t change

Despite all your prayers
And all that you try
Answers are waiting
Keep on keeping on

There’s a God
Who hears every prayer
Don’t you give up!
He still answers

In Him you can trust
Life’s trials to take
And meet your need
HE is God

So, take courage

Here’s my grandson, Noah at 4 months old. He wasn’t happy to be on his stomach at all. We even visited a special Chiropractic office more than once to see if he needed help in his neck area… These photos are before and after one Body Code session! ❤️

I want to thank my family, friends & volunteer clients for helping me achieve this certification! Online training through Discover Healing was so helpful to understand how to remove imbalances that can hinder the healing process. Enjoyed celebrating at Cracker Barrel with my family! So glad my sister Sharon could be there too 🌺

Healing can come through many ways! We are all unique and have individual needs.

My own health journey spanned over 20 years - ending with the emotional healing I needed through the Emotion Code technique. The newest certification in the Body Code has brought even more help to me, my family & friends! SO blessed! ❤️
