Progress photos > your mirror.

From 2017 to now (tomorrow is 9 weeks since I started lifting again), I kept telling myself “nothing is changing,” but these side‑by‑side pics prove otherwise.

Bat wings are gone, my back muscles are finally showing up, and I’m getting stronger and more defined every single day.

Take the pictures even when you don’t like what you see.
Save them even when you feel stuck.
Look back on them especially on the days you want to quit.

You won’t see the tiny changes from week to week, but years of showing up add up in ways you can’t see until you put the photos next to each other.

Same person, new strength — keep taking those progress pics and keep going.

01/09/26 – What I Do & Eat On A Work Day

4 a.m. wake up.

5 a.m. gym sesh: preacher curls, triceps, and lots of squats.

Busy work day means everything has to be grab‑and‑go, but I still hit my macros. I pack a cooler every single day so there are zero excuses and zero guessing.

Today’s fuel:Chomps turkey stick, MadeGood granola bar, Quest chips, and Quest protein bar for quick snacks between clients.

Big loaded salad with chicken, lettuce, salsa, and Greek yogurt for my main meal.

Dymatize ISO100 Clear, Jocko Mölk shake, Premier Protein, plus creatine and collagen for extra protein and recovery.

Bloom energy drink rigjt before i walked in gym, 3 full cups of coffee and plenty of water in my water bottle x4 to keep me hydrated and moving.

Totals for the day:
198 g protein
86 g net carbs
29 g fiber
30 g sugar
53 g fat

This is how I stay prepared, stay fueled, and stay consistent—even on my busiest days.

If you want help building a work‑day plan that fits your macros and your schedule, drop a “COOLER” in the comments or DM me.

Feb 25: 184 lbs ➡️ Jan 26: 152 lbs.Today marks 8 weeks of showing up for myself with consistent strength training and very minimal cardio. The scale is cool, but the real win is the discipline, mindset, and confidence that came with it.

Doing before and afters helps you see what your mind sometimes doubts, especially on the days you feel like nothing is changing. Progress is happening even when it feels slow—results happen over time, not overnight.

If you’re in the thick of it right now, keep going. Future you will be so thankful you didn’t quit.

This is a snapshot of my typical workday cooler! Inside, you'll find everything I need for a busy day, including 127g of protein that’s part of my daily 150g+ protein goal. When work gets hectic, grab-and-go meals like these keep me fueled and ready. Then, when I get home, I switch to a clean, whole foods dinner to keep my nutrition balanced and on point. Staying fueled and healthy on-the-go doesn’t have to be complicated!

Since January, I’ve lost 55 lbs and I’m building muscle! 💪
This time around, I chose not to reward myself with food, but with things that truly make me feel good. Each milestone came with something special—new jeans, clothes, nails, a tattoo, and now my hair. 💇‍♀️

It felt so good to treat myself today. Here’s to celebrating progress in ways that keep me motivated and moving forward! 🥰

Made it to the 140's. Haven't been there since prolly early middle school!

Not just one win today, but two! 💕

1️⃣ I traded my too-big size 29 Miss Me jeans for a pair of size 27s… and they fit nice! 👖💃

2️⃣ For the first time ever, I wrapped my apron all the way around to the front and tied it. Normally, it only ties in the back, but not anymore. 🙌

And the biggest part? I’ve maintained 50 lbs, and now I’m at 53 lbs down total since January! 💪

It’s the little victories that remind me how far I’ve come and keep me pushing forward. 🥰

Today I finally did something I’ve been wanting to do for years — I got this tattoo!

It’s my first one that shows past my t-shirt line, and it holds a very special meaning. For over nine years, my Mom has posted every single day on Facebook: “Be love… in your every thought and deed.” Her words are always uplifting and encouraging, reminding us that at the end of the day, nothing else really matters more than to love one another.

The words Be Love are in my Mama's handwriting, with the little red heart she wanted — a daily reminder to carry that message with me always. ❤️

💪 Hired a trainer, ready to focus on recomposition, toning, and building those muscles.

2x with trainer this week and 2x on my own...Incredibly sore 😁

Body dysmorphia is real.

At my highest, I weighed 244 pounds. At my lowest, I dropped to 150. Right now, I sit around 155.

Back in January, my size 32 jeans were tight — roughly a size 12. Just this week, I went through my closet and got rid of more than half of it because everything is now too big.

Today, I pushed myself to go try on clothes. What you see here? They all fit — from size 4 with a 26-inch waist to size 7 with a 28-inch waist. 🩵

These non-scale victories are what keep me going. Because, truthfully, some days I still look in the mirror and see the woman who weighed over 200 pounds.

If you're on your own journey, I want to encourage you:
✨ Love yourself right where you are.
✨ Take lots of pictures.
✨ Celebrate the wins that have nothing to do with the number on the scale.

You are more than a number. And you’re worth every bit of love and pride, exactly as you are. 💪💖

I was going to wait until my birthday to share this… but I just can’t hold it in! 🎉

My goal was to lose 50 pounds by my 41st birthday on August 6th—and as of yesterday, I’ve officially lost 48 pounds! 💪 I’m now the same weight I was 14 years ago while pregnant… And let me tell you, I feel better than I ever have.

This has been a personal, quiet journey for the most part, but I’m proud of the work I’ve put in—especially sticking to my nutrition and staying consistent.

Right now, my focus has shifted toward body recomposition—leaning out, building strength, and growing these glutes 🍑💥

I’ll post an update on my birthday to let you know if I hit that 50-pound mark. Either way, I’m celebrating how far I’ve come. 🥳

Thanks to those who’ve cheered me on behind the scenes. ❤️

If you're ready to make a change, feel free to send me a message, and I can help ya out and share the tips and tricks that have worked for me!
