• Brush twice a day for 2 minutes with fluoride toothpaste
• Floss once a day, reaching all teeth
• Rinse with water after meals (optional: fluoride rinse)
• Limit sugary and acidic foods/drinks
• Eat crunchy fruits and veggies for natural cleaning
• Drink plenty of water to keep saliva flowing
• Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol
• Visit your dentist every 6 months for check-ups and cleanings (856) 223-1945
• Protect teeth: don’t use them as tools, wear a mouthguard if needed
• Chew sugar-free gum after meals to boost saliva
