Spectrum Spurs, Equine-Assisted Learning SS offers EAL sessions for individuals with autism, anxiety, trauma, and special needs. Each session is uniquely tailored to the learner's goals and needs.

Through hands-on horse activities, we build confidence, social skills, and emotional well-being.

People may worry about horses in this freezing weather and blustery snow storm, but horses are like a furnace! When horses eat hay, the microbial fermentation of the high-fiber forage in their hind gut generates internal heat. Horses are sometimes called hay burners, as the munching of hay acts as “heat of digestion” which keeps them warm! They also wear super cute warm blankets that protect them from the weather.
