The muscles work to hold and move the bones, putting us into the multiple shapes we move into and through every day. That’s impressive. And that’s enough.
Why then, do we OVER use them? Why do we use muscles that aren’t even necessary? Stress. That’s why. And though there will always be stressful times, we can train our bodies AND our minds to do without the unnecessary stresses. It starts with the body.
The effort is to BE. And then, within the effort to be, there is a whole world of effortless FREEDOM. Do you believe me? Maybe not.
But what if it IS true?
To be free and at ease, even in the presence of stress and tremendous effort - doesn’t that sound wonderful?

Breath Deep: A Pranayama Workshop
Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have for calming the mind, restoring the body, and regulating the nervous system.

In this 90-minute experiential workshop, we’ll explore the yogic practice of pranayama through gentle movement and guided breathwork. You’ll learn the foundations of conscious breathing and experience up to three different pranayama techniques designed to support relaxation, clarity, and balance.
This workshop is open to both beginners and those with experience who want to deepen their relationship with the breath.

Our previous beginners yoga series was in such high demand we have scheduled another one! Designed for beginners of all abilities, ages and body type!

This 4-week series is meant to help you feel confident, informed, and supported from the very first moment you walk in our doors to your first pose and beyond! We’ll learn a small number of foundational seated and standing postures each week, build gradually, and focus on understanding not just what we’re doing — but why.

This is not about being flexible.
It’s not about keeping up.
It’s about learning how yoga actually works in your body (and your nervous system).

This session plans to meet on Wednesday's from 10 am - 11 am
April 29th, May 6th, 13th and 20th.
You can attend all 4 sessions for only $50!
