Our sister facility Brookside Care Strategies, LLC is doing some good work.

The following is a message we received from a family member of one of our residents that recently passed away. May she rest in peace.

“Hey Kim, just wanted to send you a message to tell you and all the lovely staff at brookside thank you. Thank you for treating my mom like she was part of your family. For loving her. Even though she didn’t pass away in brookside I wish she would have, when I walked through the doors of brookside it literally felt like walking in my own front door. I didn’t see staff working. I saw a family. A family that took my mom and our family in like one of their own. I will always keep brookside in my heart. I loved how they went above and beyond to always make my mom and my family feel welcomed. I especially loved the relationship you, heather Billie, and Rhonda had with my mom. (And Paul of course lol!!) you guys never failed to make my mom laugh. You guys did more than just care for my mom. You guys loved her. You treated her like family. And that is something I will remember for as long as I live. Thank you brookside for making the hard times a little less hard. and making one of the last places my mom lived so filled with love. I love you guys. Words will never explain how grateful I am my mom had you guys. I love you guys”.

Messages like these are what this profession is all about. We are so proud of our staff for caring for our residents this way. If you realize it or not you guys make a huge difference every day. ❤️
