When you join our waiting list, you'll get a link to our patient portal so you can fill out all of our intake paperwork. We wanted to highlight what to expect in a series here:

1. Consent for telehealth - Even if your appointments are scheduled in-person, a time may come up where you would like to switch to virtual due to weather or another reason. It's helpful that we have this signed in advance.

Paperwork highlight!

Just a reminder that our "Prompt Pay Rate" is called that because invoices need to be paid within 5 days of being sent out.

Per our paperwork, after those 5 days you may be responsible for a greater balance per your insurance paperwork.

We may be getting rid of our prompt pay discount in the future, but until then we wanted to put out a clarifying reminder. Thanks!

We will start migrating some clients over to Miss Leasa soon! That means:

1. You may hear from us about switching your therapist if you are virtual. We know this can sometimes be hard for clients because we form good bonds with our clients, but this will help a lot of other kids get services, too.

Here is our promised announcement:

We have hired a new virtual SLP, Miss Leasa! We are SO excited! This should help with our growing waitlist AND Leasa brings some great experience with her!

Here is a little bit about her:

Leasa is a mama of 3 little boys. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology with ASHA, and is in process of obtaining certification in orofacial myofunctional therapy through AOMT. Leasa is specializes in infant and pediatric feeding, myofunctional therapy, and TOTs with over 150 hours in continuing education. She is a holistic wellness and alternative medicine enthusiast committed to providing services that align with root cause care.

Attention potential friends on our waitist!

We are unable to schedule you until you fill in your intake paperwork! This means if somebody joins the waitlist AFTER you BUT they filled out their paperwork then THEY will get called to schedule.

This is to ensure we can do the most appropriate evaluations possible with the information you provide about your child and that we are covered with regards to liability, payment, etc.

Everyone who is added to the waitlist gets a link to the patient portal. This is where everything can be filled out. If you have trouble, please call and ask to have the link resent. Thank you!

We are trying to keep our floors as clean as we can in our offices since we play on the floor a lot. With all the salt and sludge outside, we have "clinic-only" shoes! You are welcome to take of your shoes, also!
