When you are expecting a new baby it can be exciting, but it can also be scary and lonely at times. However you might be feeling about your pregnancy, surrounding yourself with other moms is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

Socialize and interact with local women in similar stages of pregnancy, and learn valuable information to prepare you for motherhood. Facilitated by a licensed mental health professional and Doctoral level student from the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic.
