HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT for Sacred Steps!

If you've been in the studio, you may have noticed some things being rearranged.

Laura is going to be offering Reiki healing sessions at the studio. Sessions can be either 30 or 45 minutes.

What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese form of healing, which uses universal energy to aid in stress reduction, support your body or relax you. The session can be either hands on or hands off based on your comfort level.

The idea behind it is to release and relax your facial muscles to release tension and trapped fluid.

After Laura's massage therapist did an ahhh-mazing facial release on her last week, she decided to give it a try!

Our Class Spotlight today comes with a fun announcement!

Restorative Yoga is your chance to relax your mind & body. We use props to support our body as we open and relax. You'll feel rested and ready to tackle your week.

We are putting an in-person evening Restorative back on the schedule! Join us Tuesday evenings at 7:15 PM for the new time or Thursday mornings at 10 AM. (You can also catch this class virtually at 7:15 on Wednesdays.

Laura Mickler teaches this class and always closes it out with a warm Himalayan salt heart for you to snuggle or relax with.

There's something genuinely rewarding about finally nailing a pose you've been working on. Balance poses offer small, measurable wins that build self-trust both on and off the mat.

Dancer Pose (Natarajasana) is one of the best confidence builders there is! One hand reaching forward, heart lifted, leg soaring behind you — it's a beautiful balance of holding on and letting go. 💫
