It's time for another Class Spotlight!

Tuesdays at 6 PM is our Ouch to Ahh Class with Angela Carpenter.

This class focuses stretching and movement of a particular area of the body each week. It will have you coming in saying "Ouch, my back is sore" and leaving saying "Ahh!"

M📣📣 We are so excited to announce our first monthly "Nervous System Night" event!

🧐What's a Nervous System Night? Each month we are going to offer an evening session designed for you to relax, be creative and have fun with friends.

🚪What's this month? We are hosting a "paint your own doormat" workshop! Cute, snarky, funny or classing--you will design & paint your own custom doormat. All supplies are included for the evening!

Hi Everyone!

It looks like yoga at the studio is not meant to be tomorrow.

Due to a statewide tornado drill in the morning and some construction in the building we weren't sure if we could ensure uninterrupted classes. So, we will be closed Tuesday, March 10.
