OsteoFascial Integration is a manual therapy training class with a focus on the Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders.

Appropriate for practitioners trained in manual therapy who are seeking practical knowledge and manual techniques to "bring to the table" for their EDS clientele.

I’ve been asked a few times this week if I offer couples massage lessons…

And the answer is yes, I do!

Do you or your partner want to learn how to massage each other between appointments?

Maybe your partner doesn’t love being touched by a stranger, but their body could really benefit from massage therapy.

Or maybe you just want to learn how to help each other unwind after a long day.

During these sessions, I’ll teach you simple, effective massage techniques that are safe, easy to learn, and realistic to do at home.

No complicated routines.

Just practical skills you can actually use.

How it works:
Book a regular massage appointment and bring your partner with you. During your session, I’ll guide one (or both) of you through basic techniques that can help relieve tension, reduce stress, and support your body between professional treatments.

Because sometimes the best care happens right at home.

I’m looking into 2026 continuing education for later this year. I’m really looking forward to this class, then later in the year another Advanced Ortho-Bionomy training focusing on fascia based visceral /endocrine with Rocky Mountain Ortho-Bionomy Center.

Last week I attended a fantastic virtual study group focusing on Ortho-Bionomy®️ approach to post mastectomy & radiation. Lots of focus on neck/shoulder/ribs/intercostals/thoracic spine and diaphragm with techniques that are super helpful for general neck & shoulder / upper back issues.

OrthoBionomy Advanced Certification Day 5 completed for Understanding Impact Injuries & Motor Vehicle Accidents - 40 hours this week in beautiful Grand Junction CO.

Today’s focus was whiplash and effects on the musculoskeletal system, brain and eyes. These techniques also apply to many other aspects of impact injuries we may sustain throughout our lives.

Practicing and receiving this fascia focused work was transformational for me- many old injury patterns improved quite dramatically and I’m leaving with zero pain in my left leg/ankle/foot after my June laceration that had constant very tight scar tissue; as well as much relieved deep patterns in my neck that resulted in chronic pain after multiple whiplash injuries since age 6.
This class was well worth everything invested and I look forward to integrating it when I return next week.

Day 4 OrthoBionomy class continued focus on addressing fascia responses to seatbelt / non seatbelt use, effects on visceral, whiplash effects on entire spine / back
Also enjoyed some beautiful art in coffee shop

Day 3 focused on addressing fascial tensions related to line of impact velocity, speed and timing, and whiplash.
I experienced some really nice release from roller coaster impact/whiplash injuries from when I was an early teen.
Also enjoyed a thoroughly beautiful fall day in Grand Junction CO.
