At MadJax Line dance 1:30 Tues & Thurs Cardinal Wellness is a free, Ball State University faculty and student-facilitated program that sets the stage for families to engage in physical activity, learn about nutritious food preparation, and participate in nutrition and fitness assessments. The program provides a safe and convenient place to exercise with child supervision at no cost.
The instructors:
Monday nights - Juan Toro has been a ZIN™ Member since Oct 2014. He shares with you, “I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba® Toning, Zumba Gold®. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast!”
Thursday night - Laurie Harris- Muncie's finest!!!! I've been a ZIN™ Member since June 2009. Her current certifications: Zumba, Zumba® Toning, Aqua Zumba®. Laurie is not only an incredible group exercise instructor, but a role model. Come take a class and see what we mean.

INCENTIVE PROGRAM
After acquiring a number of points, participants will be given a grocery list that contains ingredients used in Cardinal Zumba recipes along with various kitchen appliances. Participants are able to choose which items they receive based off of the number of points that they have. Cardinal Zumba employees/volunteers pick up selected items from Walmart for participant to receive after their workout that night.
How does one acquire points?
Bring a friend or family member to class = 5 points (don’t forget to tell us)
* Prepare a Cardinal Zumba recipe and tag on social media = 5 points
* Post to social media tagging Cardinal Zumba=1 point
* Sign up for nutrition counseling = 10 points (don’t forget to tell us)
* Complete Physical fitness assessment = 1 point
* Attend nutrition class = 10 points
