Open Door Family Planning provides confidential, supportive care in a safe and respectful environment. We offer:

• Safe, effective birth control options
• Help planning a healthy pregnancy
• STD testing, treatment, and prevention education
• Women’s health exams and Pap smear testing

We welcome patients with private insurance, Medicaid, or no insurance. Sliding fee discounts are available based on income and household size. Services are often no-cost or low-cost.

Call (765) 281-4263 today to make an appointment. Walk-in hours are available on Mondays and Thursdays from 2–4 p.m.

Big thanks to our amazing Delaware County Health Department Community Health team for restocking the Delaware County Free Food & Hygiene Pantry! 🥫🧼

The pantry is now refreshed with food items, hygiene supplies, and other essentials—free and available to anyone in our community who needs them. This is what community care looks like: showing up, lending a hand, and making sure our neighbors have access to basic necessities. 💚

Due to the difficult road conditions and expected dangerously cold temperatures on Monday, the Delaware County Building and the Justice Center will be closed on Monday, January 26th.
