Grief and Loss Group
This 5-week virtual coping skills group will provide education for self-care strategies focused on grief and loss. This group is not intended to be a space to process thoughts or emotions pertaining to a departed loved one, though we do hope you will be able to apply the coping skills to your grief. The group will be held over Zoom every Monday at 6:30 PM until May 3rd, 2021 and Tuesday at 1:00 PM until May 4th, 2021. This will offer rolling admission and as such you may enter the group at any week. The sessions do not build on content discussed in prior groups, and therefore you do not need to attend every meeting if it does not fit with your availability. Irregular attendance will not impact your access to this group. The program is offered in partnership with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic.

Ball State University is currently experiencing campus-wide Internet connection problems, which also impacts our Clinic services. Some of our telehealth sessions may not be able to occur until this issue has been resolved. Unfortunately, Ball State University does not currently have an expected timeframe for this issue to be resolved. We will be posting updates as we find out more information.
