We’re excited to introduce our newest role within the community — the B.E.S.T. Ambassador, a position dedicated to elevating customer service and strengthening the heart of our culture. B.E.S.T. stands for Beyond Expectation, Satisfaction, and Trust, and that’s exactly what this role represents.
Please help us congratulate Lyndzey Sciscoe, our very first B.E.S.T. Ambassador! Lyndzey has been an outstanding CNA, known for her compassion, leadership, and the way she consistently goes above and beyond. She truly embodies what it means to serve with excellence.
As our B.E.S.T. Ambassador, Lyndzey will champion the B.E.S.T. Academy within our community — guiding team members through the program, fostering a culture of service excellence, and helping turn everyday interactions into meaningful experiences for families, visitors, and coworkers. Yesterday we had the joy of celebrating our incredible team with a little extra luck and a whole lot of appreciation! Our staff enjoyed creating their own St. Patrick’s Day-themed gift bags filled with small tokens of gratitude, surrounded by festive decorations and plenty of cheer.

We are so thankful for the dedication, compassion, and heart our team brings each and every day. You truly make a difference in the lives of those we serve, and we are lucky to have you! 💚

This afternoon our Bethel Pointe lads & lassies had a shamrockin celebration filled with all kinds of yummy food, blessings and blarney to boot! Several residents tested their Irish luck at games including who could make the best leprechaun beard.

Clearly the best HRD in the company, Lisa Meltzer, is an exceptional leader with 21 years of service at Bethel Pointe Health and Rehab. 🥳

Lisa manages all of her HRD duties with impeccable ex*****on but she is also the ring leader for the majority of the fun we have with our employees and residents.

Her latest adventure was planning an incredible Mardi Gras party for Bethel Pointe with New Orleans style food and drinks, a parade and whole lot of purple, green and gold decor! We couldn't do it without her! 💜💚

Evelyn Davis is Bethel Pointe's Rehab Resident of the month for March.
Evelyn has worked really hard on her rehab program and is inching her way to being back home. She has two children and her proudest accomplishment is not only the 2 of them but being able to put them both through college. Evelyn loves the colors blue, green and turquoise. Her favorite food is desserts and pies. Evelyn worked at the post office for 30 years before retiring from there. Evelyn says the best part about doing rehab at Bethel Pointe is, "all the people that I meet."
Congratulations Evelyn! We are so blessed to have you as a part of our Bethel Family!
