During Disability Awareness Month, we’re reminded that inclusion means more than access—it means ensuring people with disabilities are heard, valued, and included in the conversations that shape our communities. By listening, amplifying, and removing barriers, we help create a world where every voice is respected and included.

We were happy to welcome employees from Thrive Credit Union to Hillcroft yesterday for a presentation and tour. The Concannon donuts they brought were a big hit with everyone!

March Disability Awareness Month highlights the importance of including people with disabilities in every aspect of community life. It also brings attention to the barriers that can limit their full participation and connection in communities in which they live.

This month encourages communities to strengthen accessibility, foster belonging, and celebrate the unique talents and contributions of people of all abilities.
