QUICK TIP - getting ready in the morning…. As the saying goes, when you fail to plan you plan to fail.

1) First mom gets herself ready
2) Second prep “all the things” for getting kid/s dressed and out the door
3) Lastly get the kid/s dressed
⏰ Time to go

If this doesn’t work for your family, try something different, and remember different things work during different stages so reevaluate processes when you start feeling certain routines in your day bring on stress.

SEEKING LEADERS - Have you walked through the messy, beautiful, exhausting seasons of motherhood—and found ways to better support yourself along the way?

We are seeking heart-centered volunteers who feel called to gently support other moms through their own journeys, as a Serenity Together support group Leader.

Serenity Together is a peer-led, self-supported mom community offering a safe, judgment-free space to connect, share honestly, and speak what feels heavy. Come exactly as you are—messy hair, no makeup, tears, laughter, or all dressed up. You are welcome here.

As a volunteer, you don’t need to have all the answers. We’re simply looking for moms who have felt the struggle themselves and have taken steps toward healing, self-awareness, or support—and want to hold space for others with compassion and presence.

Tag a friend that you think would be a great leader, or comment volunteer for yourself and we will reach out with more information 🐝
