in the community for over 30 years.

Her experience is in hospitals, rehabilitation settings, schools and the state of PA.Her private practice has been open for 12 years in Munhall focusing on various mental health issues. Counseling services for adolescents and adults with various medical and psychological diagnoses such as: Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, Physical Disabilities, Depression, Anxiety, Food Allergies, Celiac Disease, and Anger Management Issues. Jennifer has extensive experience working with people to help them achieve their personal goals. She has worked in both private rehabilitation and the public sector (Office of Vocational Rehabilitation). Her eclectic experience in counseling, assessment, personal coaching, career counseling and vocational placement make her an asset to the Steel Valley Business Community. She accepts most major insurances, Employee Assistance Programs, and is a Provider for the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Jennifer would be happy to work with you to help you achieve your life goals and pursue happiness. Her style is talk therapy and a cognitive behavioral approach, often using relaxation, mindfulness and grounding techniques.

World Bipolar Day is an opportunity to move beyond surface-level awareness and toward something more meaningful: understanding, compassion, and real support. People living with bipolar disorder deserve to be met with accurate information, less stigma, and communities that know how to show up with care. Awareness matters, but support is what helps people feel seen, respected, and less alone.
