We are proud to recognize April 2026 Employee of the Month, Josiah Thompson, a CNA who truly embodies the heart of what we do every day. Josiah has been with the Hartsfield Village Rehab Team for a little over a year now. From the moment he joined our team after completing our very own CNA class, he has exemplified what it means to provide compassionate, patient centered care. Josiah is someone both patients and staff genuinely adore. His kindness is felt in every interaction, his smile is constant, and his dedication to ensuring each resident feels seen, heard, and cared for does not go unnoticed. Josiah approaches his work with a level of compassion and authenticity that cannot be taught, it simply reflects Josiah as a person. In addition to the exceptional care he provides, Josiah is a true team player always willing to step in, support coworkers, and contribute to a positive, uplifting environment. He represents the very best of our team and serves as a reminder of the impact one person can have on so many. It is an honor to recognize Josiah this month. Josiah has not only grown within our organization, but he has also left a lasting mark on the people around him.
