Emma Palmer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Indiana and Illinois who provides compassionate and collaborative therapy for individuals, couples, and families. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Purdue University.

With over five years of experience in the mental health field, Emma has worked across multiple levels of care—including outpatient settings, inpatient care, and partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient programs (PHP/IOP). She also works with children (ages 10+), adolescents, and adults through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

Emma’s areas of focus include anxiety and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, grief, communication challenges, and self-esteem concerns. She is trained in Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Collaborative-Language Systems Therapy, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

Known for her warm and empowering style, Emma uses a collaborative approach with clients to ensure comfort and understanding throughout the therapeutic process.
