We did a 30mins of praise dance, 20 mins of mobility movement with a focus on our hips, followed by 10mins deep breath works!!!

Strength training is about staying capable.

After 40, we naturally lose muscle every year.
And muscle is what protects your:

✔ Metabolism
✔ Blood sugar
✔ Joints
✔ Bones
✔ Mobility

When we train the whole body (legs, back, chest, core, arms) we are protecting our future.

This is not about six-pack abs.
This is about carrying groceries with ease at 65.
Traveling without knee pain at 70.
Living medication-free.

So today, when you pick up those weights, remember:

Strong legs are not optional, they are essential.

Your legs have the largest muscle in your body. They support circulation, metabolism, balance, and mobility.

Weak legs lead to reduced movement. Reduced movement leads to loss of independence.

That’s why we train them. Our plan today is:

✔ 30 mins lower body strength
✔ 30 mins cardio

This isn’t about appearance.
It’s about building legs that will carry you confidently into your 60s, 70s, and beyond.

Functional decline doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens when strength is slowly lost.

Loss of muscle and mobility is one of the main reasons people struggle with daily tasks later in life and eventually need care.

This is not about fear.
This is about prevention.

Strength training preserves muscle, protects your joints, and keeps you independent now and in the years ahead.

My work is about helping you reduce pain today and protect your future body.

So yes, lift weights, ladies.
Move your body.
