Most middle aged women are exhausted!

They sleep late, wake early, and tell themselves, I would “rest later.”

Then the body starts speaking:
• stubborn weight gain
• constant fatigue
• borderline BP and BG
• brain fog

What they did not realize was that sleep is when the body repairs itself.

For women over 40, quality sleep helps:

Balance hormones
Repair tissues
Reduce inflammation
Improve metabolism

When you sleep well, your body becomes a fat-burning and healing machine.

Sleep is not a luxury.

It is medicine.

Today ask yourself:

What is my ideal hours of quality sleep?
Am I getting enough sleep?
What can I do to improve my sleep quality and quantity?
