Treating a variety of disorders with specialty in addressing the impact of trauma, depressive disorders, anxiety, eating disorders, and life transitions. I enjoy working with people to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I have experience working with individuals struggling with a variety of issues including life transitions, trauma, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, and mood disorders. I seek to meet my clients where they are in their recovery journey within a safe judgment-free space. I will work collaboratively to find the best strategy to address individual needs, while identifying strengths, and providing a supportive environment that facilitates positive change.
