At Americare, Wellness isn’t a program it’s a way of life. Through Flourish Wellness, we create opportunities for residents to live with purpose, connection, and joy at every age and ability level.

Dimension of Wellness: Vocational 💼❤️
Activity: Early Valentine’s Day visit with games, treats, and conversation 🍪🥤🂡
Story: We were blessed with two wonderful visitors who brought early Valentine’s Day cheer cookies, sweet treats, and delicious sparkling drinks in a variety of flavors. One visitor sparked meaningful engagement by breaking cookies at the table, leading conversation with tabletop conversation cards, and simply chitchatting with residents. Another joined residents for a friendly game of Domino’s. These moments supported vocational wellness by encouraging participation, communication, and a sense of purpose through social roles and shared activities.
