Back in March, a devastating fire destroyed the STEP home - a place of healing where mothers in recovery could reunite with their children and rebuild their lives.

Today, we’re thrilled to share: the STEP home has been rebuilt. Final inspections are underway, and soon, courageous women will walk through its doors to begin again.

But before they do, we need your help to make this house a true home.

🍂🎶 Be sure to add these songs to your autumn playlist as we get ready for our Fall Festival at World Outreach Church! Anne Wilson and Megan Woods will both be here leading worship on campus!

📅 Fall Festival Schedule:
👉 Saturday, October 11 – 6:00PM: Anne Wilson will be here for worship during service + a post-service worship concert. She’ll also be back on Sunday, October 12th at 9:30AM to lead worship in Three Crosses Sanctuary.

👉 Saturday, October 18 – 6:00PM: Guest Speaker Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin joins us, with Megan Woods leading worship during service + a post-service concert. Both will return for our service in Three Crosses Sanctuary on Sunday, October 19 at 9:30AM.

🍂 Saturday festivities begin at 4:00PM with food trucks, children’s activities, and more! Worship starts at 6:00PM with outdoor water baptisms and a worship concert following service. We can't wait to see you there!

✨ We're still riding the wave of joy from last Saturday’s Red Letter Awards! It took us five days to catch our breath after such an unforgettable night where Mechanics on a Mission and The Sweet Addiction (TSA) were honored as Local Heroes. 💫

If you missed it, you missed something truly special: one of our incredible graduates, Miss Meaghan, was gifted a car by Mechanics on a Mission - bringing her one step closer to full independence. 🚗💪

With nearly 6 years of sobriety under her belt, Meaghan has overcome unimaginable challenges. Through TSA, she committed to her recovery, completed our program, earned her peer recovery specialist certification, and secured permanent employment. Her journey is nothing short of inspiring. 🙌

We couldn’t be more proud of Meaghan and are excited to see how God continues to guide her journey. 🙌 A heartfelt thank you to Miss Carla Jackson and the Red Letter Awards for shining a light on The Sweet Addiction’s mission and honoring us with this nomination. We’re also deeply grateful to Mechanics on a Mission for the incredible work they do, and for selecting Meaghan as such a worthy recipient of their generosity.
