NINETY DAYS of Brooke and Jen and we are feeling the impact in the best way!

From day one, Brooke jumped in with organization, heart, and a calm, steady presence that keeps both our Care Pros and clients supported. Her attention to detail and dedication behind the scenes make a difference every single day, and we are so grateful for the care and consistency she brings to our team.

Jen has spent her first 90 days building meaningful relationships, sharing our mission, and opening doors throughout the community with passion and purpose. Her energy and heart for what we do shine through in everything she touches, and we are thankful for the impact she’s already making.

At Home Instead Murfreesboro, we believe great care starts with caring for our Care Pros.
Our March training calendar for the Murfreesboro area reflects that belief- offering spaces to build skills, share experiences, and grow together. These trainings are designed to support our Care Pros not just in what they do, but in how they feel doing it: confident, supported, and connected.
Most trainings are reserved for our Care Pros, but The Fireside support group is open to the public, and all are welcome to join us. We’re grateful to create opportunities that strengthen both our team and our community, and we look forward to continuing to open more learning spaces in the future.

THIS is what investing in care looks like at Home Instead!

Our February training calendar is full of opportunities for our Care Pros to learn, connect, and grow- because when caregivers feel supported, the care they provide is even stronger. From skill-building trainings to meaningful conversations, we’re proud of the heart and intention behind everything we offer.

While most of these trainings are currently available to our Care Pros only, The Fireside support group is open to the public and everyone is welcome. We also look forward to opening more trainings to our community in the future! If you have questions about any of our offerings or want to learn more, feel free to give our office a call! We’re always happy to help.

Because of YOU, Be A Santa to a Senior was nothing short of incredible. This year, our community came together in the most beautiful way and we are beyond proud to share that we reached our goal of supporting 500 seniors right here in our community!

To our community members who picked a tag, shopped with love, and showed up with full hearts: thank you. You turned kindness into action and made the holidays brighter for hundreds of seniors.

To our incredible community partners — Meals on Wheels, Tullahoma Housing Authority, TN State Veterans Home, Mills Family Pharmacy, and SmartBank Tullahoma — thank you for hosting trees, helping us identify seniors in need, spreading the word, and supporting this mission from start to finish. We truly couldn’t do this without you. Your generosity and collaboration make a real, lasting impact in our community.

And to our Home Instead Family: your compassion is the heartbeat of everything we do. Thank you for going above and beyond, helping deliver joy, and showing our seniors just how deeply they are cared for, especially during the holidays.
