All the environment we live is not clean. So it is important to help the body when it is attacked by different virus, bacteria...

On 3/29/26 night before sleeping, I found there was a very small yellowish pus head in the left lip corner, I disinfected and squeezed it to remove the yellowish pus head. Then on 3/30/26, the removed pus head area changed into a cluster of several transparent blisters with intense itching. The intense itching almost drove me crazily to squeeze to make them broken again. Then I realized I got simplex/herpes virus. If I made them all broken, they would spread to more area of the body since the virus had been in my body. What I need to do was to kill the virus.

Luckily, I have the medical-grade lights therapy. I used the specific lights to shine my mouth and my body on 3/30/26 night. On 3/31/26 after the lights therapy treatment, all the intense itching disappeared completely and the blisters all became withered and dried. The blisters got broken but never grew back or spread to more again!

Medicines, antiflamatory supplements/food cannot kill many virus, germs, backteria..., e.g. simplex/herpes/shingles/eczema. Medicines can only make the virus or germs into dormant situation, but our lights are special...

One patient got shingles in year 2018, he took 2 kinds of medicines together with pricking the blisters into broken and sucking by cupping, however his shingles still relapesed in year 2023. I shone the shingles attacked area several times finally we found blackish dotted spots showing up there. The blackish dotted spots should have demonstrated that the shingles virus was burnt into ashes, so until now, no more shingles relapse.

We also make eczema disappear 100%. Our patient is so glad to find that her eczema scar-felt skin for over 10 years disappear and all her skin gets natural smooth tones feeling. Last year our another patient found her eczema in the ear for over tens of years vanish too. Eczema makes skin feel like scars or fish scales, thinner, broken and bleeding easily and when it grows to eye area, it can result in blindness! Eczema can pass down to next generations like family curses.

The body is the only judge, NOT the authority. There are too many scams, masking symptoms and temporary reliefs in the market.

Diseases are fair to every person, no matter you are poor or celebrity! Only getting rid of root causes and help the body keep balanced, not wating too late until the body eroded, the body can heal the patents from chronic pains/diseases/symptoms.

In addition, people know it is important to keep car maintenance from time to time, but very few people realize that the body needs maintenance like cars in order to keep balanced while living on earth.

If some specific lights can also help the body kill virus, bacterial, remove root causes and keep the body balanced, why should we always depending on medicines with bad side effects to let our liver/kidney/the body suffer more?

What does it mean when the body has painful plantar fasciitis?

(1) She has been here for regular foot reflexology/massages because of bad chronic pains of her plantar fasciitis since August, 2015. Each time she always requires deep tissue massage, yelling out because of the pains of plantar fasciitis and has spent thousands of money on changing different kinds of shoes, expensive shoes inserts, seeing podiatrists/doctors etc. to support her feet, keeps healthy diets, but the pains are still so severe and tough there.
(2) On 3/8/2024, she came here for both feet and hip massage. She gained a lot of weight with menopause syndromes plus depression. She just got bursitis in both hips and underwent a uterus cleanse surgery. She said she was lucky no cancer was found and surprised that I could feel that she had fluid in her ear by touching her body. I told her the surgery was just temporary relief and she needed to dig out root causes to stop the pains. She firmly believed that her many years of running/walking/standing on feet caused the pains which exactly are not root causes according to my knowledge.
(3) On 11/22/2025, she was surprised again that I found something newly wrong with her knee. She just got hysterectomy and lost all her female organs. Doctors found cancerous cells there and comforted her that all problems have been fixed. But I know as long as chronic inflammation is kept inside the body, it will gradually eat up the body, e.g. knees/other organs… with time elapsing.
(4) On 1/15/2026, she said she began to feel her hands twitching and I have found her plantar fasciitis has spread from her arches up to some of her toes. My hands tell me it spreads more quickly than before. She always feels she is a cold-proof person and never wants any quilt to cover her body even in freezing weather. I told her that the hotter she feels, the more dangers the body will suffer. She still suffers other pains, hip bursitis, arthritis pains…

Her severe plantar fasciitis pains for tens of years are indeed the signals/body language of the body to ask her to help against chronic inflammation. I will call these pains as WASTED pains. Surgeries cannot end up chronic inflammation’s spreading.

I finally find how to fight against chronic pains/inflammation. Previously when clients tipped me well for frequent massages but always complaining the pains coming back to bother them, I would feel very frustrated, shyness with the good tips, blamed myself and always thought “is it because my massages not good enough”? I am now no longer feeling frustrated and entangled by “why the pains are still there”. As long as we really help the body on the right track with patience and time, WASTED pains will disappear!

If patients don’t pretend to be blind or deaf to chronic pains the body is telling, many severe chronic diseases & symptoms, many surgeries/injections/medication can be avoided and no endless WASTED money on endless WASTED pains.

On 1/29/26, a man came in for 90 minutes back massage. Normally quite lots of people won't require 90 minutes here unless their back bother them so much.

I asked about his situation then he told me he was pushing something in a gym then suddenly felt pains in his left shoulder. After that he felt sick, coughed, exhausted, soreness and weakness in his shoulder for several days. Before coming here, he had already seen a chiropractor but still felt discomfort no changes after her treatment. She told him that weakness and soreness was caused by his nerves issue. He looked very frustrated.

Finally, it showed out he had his shoulder dislocated with his spine. With our holistic way, he could use his shoulder normally and all the discomfort immediately disappeared.

From this case, I just want to tell all the people please be careful when you are in gyms. When the body is not ready or good for exercises, don't push your body at once or you may get hurt even you enjoy exercises.

Men should be more alertive and fear lower limb edema, while women should be more alertive and fear facial edema.

Severe chronic inflammation can cause severe pains & holes in the feet, hip and etc. leading to amputation or replacement surgeries.

With our holistic therapy, we have helped a 68-year-old diabetic man out of severe sciatica pains and burning sensation. Previously he was very difficult to walk or sit normally and had to ask leave from work. Now he can walk better, work and sit normally without feeling burning or bad pains.

The Rheumatoid Arthritis patients could be sick with guts. Our RA patient always got only one time bowel movement plus constipation every 7 days since birth (lazy bowel symptoms). She ever went for colon cleanse with coffee e***a in other clinic and cost her almost $300, but no use at all. After she came here with several times of visits for her RA, she is now having bowel movement everyday with good banana shapes.

Patients with guts problems, please don't take heartburn/HCL control medicines easily or do colon cleanse with coffee e***a often. As a matter of fact, HCL in our stomach is the body's friend/safeguard against virus & bacteria. When you are taking the guts gas control medicines, you are driving away your body's safeguard and open your body wide to welcome outside bacteria/virus to come into your body. When you doing colon cleanse with coffee e***a often, you are disturbing your guts and kill the good bacterials inside your guts. All of these ways are masking symptoms only but not help your body on the right way.

Both lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis are mainly caused by severe CHRONIC INFLAMMATION. From the pictures below, you can see CHRONIC INFLAMMATION is so powerful that no medication, supplements, red light therapy, healthy diets, physical exercises, conventional ways ... can stop its power. Giving more time to let chronic inflammation stay inside the body, it will finally TEAR UP/EAT UP the body with excruciating pains. Surgeries are not the right way to help the body and cannot stop chronic inflammation from spreading more all over the body.

Chronic inflammation can mess up all the body's original programs. Besides removal or calm down chronic inflammation, RE-PROGRAMMING the body by giving the body correct new bio-information is also equally important to let the body re-function well then the so-called auto-immune diseases can be curable by the body.

She is only 40 years old but has Rheumatoid Arthritis which made her left knee swollen very big and couldn't walk at all in Nov., 2024. Her doctor found her knee was bone to bone and referred her to a surgeon. However the surgeon dared not do surgery worrying her heart would get severe inflammation leading to her death. So the doctor just drained the fluid out from the knee. She got 4 times surgeries with cortizone shot in the knee. Then she also got swollen left elbow & right index finger with many pains. She told me that every morning when getting up from the bed, she always felt angry and sick. She couldn't use her elbow to help her move to get out from the bed. Each time getting up from the bed, she had to do slowly, carefully and took her a lot of time. She planned to take another drainage surgery for her index finger since it was swollen and even slight touch made her feel unbearable pains. She also suffered severe cramps in her belly when in periods, she had heavy periods too. From time to time, she would feel her shoulders tight which bothered her the whole nights and mornings too. She has spent thousands of money on visiting doctors.

She ever took some kind of horse medicine, painskiller medicines to relieve the pains, but they didn't work. Her doctor then prescribed methotrexate, which made her liver get dangerous level close to liver inflammation. Then the doctor had to reduce the dose. Methotrexate didn't work well for her too. The swellings and pains just like shadow following her all the time until she came here to visit us.

I told her don’t waste money on other things, there is no use if blindness to root causes.

She has stopped Methotrexate. After 8 times of visits to us, she was surprised to find her elbow no more any pains and she can use the elbow to get up from the bed without trouble and her knee no longer feels uncomfortable too (no surgery needed). After 10 times’ visits to us (less than 2 months), her index finger’s pains vanished too and she can bend her finger and no more any pains in her body now. The body treats itself holistically. She has good moods, no longer feels angry or sick in the morning when getting up from the bed; her periods are not as heavy and cramps badly like previously. She feels no tightness in her shoulders too.

Chronic pains and tightness will disappear earliest before other symptoms and diseases gone.

Removal of root causes of chronic inflammation and balancing the body is the ONLY wayout to help the body get heal.

By removal of root causes, Lupus including bipolar disorder could be curable by the body. Many symptoms have been disappeared, like pains & swellings, neuropathy, severe allergies, sun sensitivity and etc. Our patient can take the sunshine without problems.

We think symptoms as a very important language that the body talks to us. We want to make sure the symptoms disappearance is based on our proper help & body's good balance instead of using medicines to cover up the symptoms to let the data look beautfiul to the eyes or temporary relief. When the body is activated to heal, it will heal holistically since it is the best doctor in the world as God gives us.

When many people are still bothered by chronic pain, still looking for various ways of relief, my current patients of lights therapy have all been out of chronic pains, including my lupus patient who ever suffered pains and swelling in her hands, wrists, feet, knees, shoulders, neck... and Rheumatologist gave her medicine Plaquenil... She has stopped it and several other medicines.

From short-term perspective, my patients pay more than one time' payment for temporary relief, however for long-term perspective, they win invaluable benefits: (1) chronic pains are signals of chronic inflammation. No more chronic pains means no more chronic inflammation or it has been lessened a lot so the body no longer complains to us. Chronic inflammation is a threat to the body, you give it more time in your body, it will grow into a monster leading to death. (2) chronic inflammation can mess up lots of bio information. Once the body lack of proper bio information and balance, diseases and symptoms show up, including tumors and cancer crazily growing. (3) Root causes of Chronic inflammation can pass down to next generations like family curses. It is not GENE problem, it is the root causes, they can pass down to make future human's children weaker and weaker...(4) Removal root causes of chronic inflammation can waive the body from surgeries since the body can heal by itself with proper help. We are human, not machines, the body cannot undergo numerous surgeries like machines. (5) Removal of root causes is a WIN investment on the path towards regaining healthiness. While paying for temporarty reliefs or masking symptoms will be a LOSS investment with ENDLESS payments while the body is withering and suffering.

You may have prejudice against me since I am only a massage therapist, not a doctor. In most cases my hands can read the body, know where the body hurts, suffer and tight (clients don't need to tell me). When the chronic pains leave the body, my hands can sense the body's changing too. Understanding and talking with the body is more important than masking up symptoms or temporary reliefs. The body is using pains and symptoms as its language to talk to us. But too many ways are muffling this body's language to make the body become a dumb.

Chronic pains, stiffness, toughness, chronic stresses, chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fat uncontrollable gaining are all signals of chronic inflammation. More inflammation leads to more symptoms and diseases. To judge whether we have hit the root causes of chronic inflammation, the earliest 1st fruit you gain will be that pains disappear and don't come back and sleeping gets better.

My previous brain aneurysm patient told me after our lights therapy, she never feels any chronic stresses, tightness, pains in her body and her sleeping is very good! Previously she had to come here often for massages because of pains, now she comes here for lights therapy. She has introduced her closest relatives to us.

Be HONEST to the body! Don't exagerate the benefits of food, diet, supplements, herbs, exercises, massages and other therapies. As long as the root causes of chronic inflammation exisit, there is no REAL Healing. The body doesn't need expensive food or nutrition, doesn't need some medicines to block its normal functions in order to get the beautiful health data to the eyes, the body just needs the indeed help. Otherwise, patients are destined to lose the war and suffer the pains.

Good things happen quickly when you are on the right way to help the body heal. My lupus patient told me she has felt no more any pains in her body. I told her to give the body consistent support until finish! She is on the half doses of all the 3 medicines and hope to cut off all the medicines next month. She still have allergies which we are now doing to balance the body but feels a lot better than previously.

She is a nurse and ever tried over several tens of medicines since she got lupus in 20s. Almost 15 years of lupus made her unable sleep, emotions break down (bipolar depression & anxiety plus OCD) and more symptoms... Now she feels calm, she told me.

When filling in the form at my request, she gave me a long list of medicines names. I said I am not a pharmacist and don't understand what they are working for.

More importantly, after I deal with root causes to stop chronic inflammation, I do find that the medical science mislead the patients. Lupus is not caused by auto immunization system attacks the body itself. When you get sick badly, they just shift the blame to the auto immunization and the body's auto immunization becomes a scapegoat! So more and more medicines and injections focus on muffling the auto immunization system are invented. Patients taking immunosuppressants are very susceptible to being attacked by flu and colds..... No endless viscious cycles of masking symptoms to patients!

This is very UNFAIR to the body. This is the body's GRIEF and the PATIENTS' GRIEF! Blindness to root causes is an endless ongoing tragedy!

Yesterday night my lupus patient came here for my holistic therapy. After we began the program, she has felt better than before. I am glad she told me some good things are changing: No more morning vomiting, no more heart rate beats crazily feeling like heart attack, no more joint pains (previous she still felt joints pains with lupus medicines), no more tearing/dry/itching eyes. Formerly she had to take 8 medicines to masking symptoms , now only 3 medicines. She also had bipolar anxiety, anxiety with OCD.

She said I have done a good job for her body. As to the 3 medicines, she has deducted the 2 medicines for anxiety & depression to half dose. Her skin hasn’t been so sensitive and burning under the sun like before. Yesterday night she slept over 7 hours without sleep/mood medicine. And my final target is to let her NO MORE any medicines and her body can heal herself from lupus.

Apparently my clinic experiences have told me that lupus is not caused by autoimmune attacks the body itself.

The body uses symptoms and pains as languages to talk to us, when patients have more and more symptoms and pains, the body is telling us the treatments are WRONG!

When facing the body, everybody should be humble and respect the body, even you have DOCTOR’S or Postdoctoral degree. Don’t use bookish knowledge and ways of masking symptoms towards the body, that will be very cruel, blind and endless vicious cycle and patients suffer the MOST!

We are doing holistic therapy and hope to accept insurance in order to save more people out of chronic inflammation/chronic pains. Although our prices are very affordable, just require patients' patience and time, listen to the body and give the body chances of healing. But even it is so far so good, helping patients out of endometriosis/adenomyosis hysterectomy, brain aneurysm, high blood pressure/high cholesterol/IBS/arthritis pains/anxiety & depression, adopting healthily harmless natural losing weight ... and more and more good body's healing results are on the way, patients are still so skeptical against us and insurance companies don't accept us because we are Foot Reflexology, we are not doctors, not the authorities!
Seeing so many patients' (like fibromyalgia) sufferings from endless pains and numerous surgeries in order to kill pains, but more wrong treatments more pains and symptoms show up. The body should not be treated like this way!
Insurance companies are aimed to save lives, but why more and more patients become hopeless and lost cases?
No Wasted Pain. The Lord said, "I have indeed seen the misery of my people... and I am concerned about their suffering. " (Exodus 3:7) , dealing with the root causes are the ONLY WAYOUT to make the body's sufferings a FULL STOP.
Too many WASTED PAINS are for endless temporary reliefs and masking up symptoms.
