🧩 Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
* Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
* Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians.
* Monitor client progress through data review and adjust programming as needed.
* Lead caregiver training sessions via Telehealth or in person.
* Collaborate with families, school teams, and other professionals.
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
* Ensure adherence to ethical and professional guidelines set by the BACB.

📘 Minimum Requirements:
* Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
* Active BCBA certification in good standing.
* Eligible to work in the United States.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents.
* Comfortable supervising via Telehealth with occasional in-person visits when needed.
