We have a guest crystal sound bowl event happening in December. Berkeley Creative Company will be facilitating a sound bath December 10th! Below are the details and description.

As the year unfolds and energy continues to shift, Echoes Within invites you to pause, listen, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. This 90-minute experience combines immersive sound healing with gentle guided reflection, a space to release what’s heavy, restore balance, and return to yourself with greater clarity.

You’ll begin with 50 minutes of chakra-focused sound healing, featuring soothing quartz crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones that help realign the body’s energy centers. From there, we’ll move into 10 minutes of quiet integration, allowing the vibrations to settle deeply through breath and stillness.

To close, you’ll be guided through a 30-minute reflective journaling practice. This is an opportunity to capture insights, sensations, or emotions that surfaced during the session. Personalized journal prompts will be offered based on the chakra that feels most in need of attention, supporting your process of understanding and integration.

Whether you’re seeking energetic clarity, emotional release, or simply a mindful reset, Echoes Within offers a nurturing space to realign and reflect - body, mind, and spirit.

What to Bring:
A journal or notebook, something to write with, and any items that help you feel comfortable (blanket, pillow, water), yoga mats are provided. Layers and cozy socks encouraged for comfort

We are excited for Sunday's class! Since this is also a meditation, we provide mats but bring anything you'd like to keep you extra comfy, blanket, pillow, or cushions. Mostly definitely bring a journal.

We're taking a deeper dive with this part-two session coming up on Nov. 9th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. During this time of the year, known as the season of the thinning veil, intuition heightens, and dreams feel more vivid. A channeled message from our astrologer and medium, Coneigh:

There was something elusive about last night's energy when I sat down to record a message from spirit. I’m not sure if this reading is for you, but if it is, you just might be feeling that same elusiveness that I was picking up on.

Spirit made it very clear that if you’re feeling triggered and ready to give up on yourself at the slightest worry, assumption or fear of what could go wrong, then you’re not getting the point (respectfully).

There’s something valuable being created in a metaphorical fire right now, but as the fire creates the new and purifies the old, the embers are being spit back out - as all fires do - and hitting your skin.

October 27 begins to weave into the sacred rhythm of Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead), a beautiful 7-day Mexican tradition that honors and celebrates loved ones who have passed on.

Each day leading up to November 2nd. Welcomes different souls.

Rather than being of mourning, it's a celebration of life, memory and continuity. It reminds us that love transcends physical death and the bond with our ancestors and loved ones endures. It's a reminder that the soul is eternal and death is a transition, not an end.

Across many paths and cultures, this is a time to honor those who have journeyed before us. The loved ones and the unseen guides who continue to walk beside us in spirit. 💀
