It might not be the real Super Bowl, but it’s our version of the Soup-er-Bowl, meaning homemade soups from everyone, amazing decorations, and lots of fellowship. Nothing like a warm meal shared with friends. Thank you, Donna, for always making every event so special. A huge thank you to Sandy and her entire memory care team for the money you helped raise for a cure for Alzheimer’s. It might be freezing outside, but inside, we are warm and having fun. We want to give a big shout-out to Aubrey from Shalom Hospice, who brought in their virtual reality experience, and our residents got to listen to a beautiful symphony. It was like they were really at the symphony hall. Everyone loved it❤️. We also want to thank Charlie from Barfield Wilderness Station, who brought out his amazing exotic animal exhibit. What a treat. We are so lucky that our residents got to visit with Jack the box turtle, Huck the horned owl, and Gandolf the bearded dragon. You can tell our residents absolutely had the best time getting to touch these animals, have snacks, and engage in conversation. It was a great day‼️
