Through the Clear Path Behavioral Health Program, TrustPoint Hospital provides comprehensive inpatient behavioral health services for adults and seniors. TrustPoint Hospital offers a continuum of care through the Clear Path Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Program for adults. Unique in design, TrustPoint Hospital offers a separate, state of the art, acute inpatient physical rehabilitation program which is housed on the first floor of the hospital. Our patients and families benefit from professional and personalized care that is close to home.
