I’m so grateful to be on this journey to become a black midwife, because there are not enough of us!

I’m doing this for:

Those that look like me & want to feel seen & heard

The little black girl that dreams of being a midwife one day

The mama that desires a home birth due to fear of the medicalized system that fails us black women too often

The women that have lost all hope in the maternal health system

The ancestors that were at the forefront & trailblazers of home birth

The normalization of physiological birth

The hope that I can be part of the change the maternal health system needs!

🥰 A perfect 8lbs 4oz doula baby boy made his appearance today. It was an honor to witness another baby born into this family! Repeat clients hold a special place in my heart. It’s reassurance that I’m doing something right! I’m so proud of you mama for your hard work to get your sweet baby boy here! YOU ARE AMAZING🩵🩵 Love you guys!!

After almost 42 hours of labor, the sweetest 7lbs 2oz baby girl arrived this afternoon! This mama labored with so much strength even in exhaustion. I’m so proud of you! Baby girl was born fully encaul!! 👣💕

🩵Hello Sweet doula baby #201 🩵

A perfect 8lbs 10oz baby boy was born this morning 1/22/26 @ 12:48am! Listen this 1st time mama found strength from God, & pushed through this labor. She had some nitrous oxide & lots of lower back compressing from me & dad to carry her from transition to birth!! I’m so proud of you, your will power, & not giving up! It’s such an honor to have guided you through this pregnancy & birth! YOU ARE AMAZING! 💪🏽♥️😘
