A little bit of both: blessing and stretch.

We’re building something beautiful… a space meant for healing, growth, and restoration. And just when things were flowing, we found a wall with old termite damage…meaning it all had to come down and be rebuilt.

Not the plan. But the right find at the right time.

Grateful for a team that moves fast and does it right. Today, new floors are in. The new door is up. Progress is still happening.

Building anything meaningful will test you, but it’s still coming together, one intentional step at a time. 🖤✨

Most people don’t avoid therapy because they don’t want help…they avoid it because it doesn’t feel like it was built for them. If you’ve ever felt overlooked, high-functioning but overwhelmed, or disconnected in spaces meant to support you… this is your reminder that healing should feel personal, safe, and aligned with your life.

Access to therapy shouldn’t stop at the session…but for a lot of people, it does.

I’m building a free, in-office mental health library for clients navigating trauma, relationships, depresssion, postpartum, burnout, etc. so they can take what they need, when they need it.

If you’re an author, publisher, or have books that made an impact in your own healing, I’d love to partner or receive donations to get these resources into the hands of people who need them most. Message me to get more information if needed or get the address. Thanks in advance !

This is about extending care beyond the room and making support more accessible in real, tangible ways.

Attachment Styles in action are funny. It’s rarely about the thing… it’s about what the thing means.

Once you start hearing the meaning underneath the words, everything in your relationship shifts.

What’s the “tupperware argument” in your relationship? 👀 Drop it below, I’m reading every one.

TikTok didn’t ruin therapy, but it definitely oversimplified it.

You don’t need to pick a “side” of healing. You need the right support, the right fit, and the right balance.

The truth? Real progress happens when insight AND the body are both part of the work. It’s a BONUS when you actually feel safe with the person guiding you.

Don’t let the algorithm convince you your therapy “isn’t working” when you might just need a more aligned approach.

Most relationships don’t break from one moment… they break from missed ones.
Emotional check-ins > waiting until things fall apart.
Let’s talk about it 👇🏽

Your standards aren’t too high… they’re too protective. 🛡️

Perfectionism teaches us to armor up, but overprotection can block connection, joy, and growth.

Shift the lens: boundaries aren’t walls, they’re respect for your time, energy, and worth. Honor yourself first, and let others rise to meet you. 💛

Hard seasons don’t mean you chose wrong.
They mean you’re being stretched.

Stay rooted in your why.
Let discipline carry you when feelings fluctuate.
The reward comes from the staying.

Sometimes we don’t actually want to be left out, we want someone to chase us when we pull away.

But silence isn’t a strategy. Testing people isn’t communication, and hoping someone reads your withdrawal as “fight for me” usually ends in deeper loneliness.

Healthy connection requires clarity. If you want to feel seen, sometimes you have to risk being seen first.

Be the sower, BUT keep your boundaries.

Let’s build resilience, not just results.

You love her.
But your stomach drops when her name pops up on your phone.

You rehearse conversations before they happen.
You over-explain to avoid a meltdown.
You leave interactions wondering how you became the villain… again.

When a mom or mother-in-law struggles with emotional volatility, intense reactions, or fear of abandonment, the dynamic can quietly train you to manage their feelings at the expense of your own. And over time, that looks like anxiety, resentment, guilt, and exhaustion.

Here’s the truth:
Their distress is not proof you did something wrong.
And boundaries are not betrayals.

If you’re stuck in the cycle of Trigger → Guilt → Over-functioning → Temporary Peace → Resentment… you’re not alone. But you also don’t have to keep living there.

If you’re ready to stop walking on eggshells and start responding from steadiness instead of fear, consultation calls are open.
