🏁 Introducing: The Reset Room
A 6-Week Group for Teen Athletes & Perfectionists (Ages 16+)

We’re excited to announce that our intern, Morgan, is launching The Reset Room. A supportive online group designed specifically for teen athletes and high-achieving perfectionists who feel the weight of pressure, performance anxiety, and constant expectations.

This 6-week group will focus on:
• Managing performance anxiety
• Building confidence and resilience
• Developing healthy coping skills for stress
• Learning how to reset mentally after setbacks

Whether you’re on the field, pool, court, stage, or in the classroom, if you struggle with self-criticism, fear of failure, or feeling like your performance defines you, this group is for you.

📅 Meets once a week for 6 weeks
💻 Online (Wednesdays; time will be determined based on group availability)

You love her.

Being the one who holds it together can look like resilience, but often it’s survival.
You don’t have to earn rest by breaking.
You don’t have to be strong to be worthy of care.
