When you flip the label, youโll often see seed oils, artificial coloring, and highly processed ingredients that donโt resemble real cheese at all. If your goal is flavor only, thatโs one choice. If your goal is long-term health, label awareness matters.
Aged cheeses like parmesan, especially when minimally processed, tend to be a better option. Packaging matters too โ glass over plastic when possible.
Food choices arenโt about perfection. Theyโre about being informed.
