Happy Snowy Sunday, Murfreesboro!!

We wanted to make you aware of our hours for tomorrow. With temps plummeting this evening (and possibly never returning to normal) we are going to change hours for tomorrow (1/26/26) from 10am - 4pm. Deliveries will be utilized for emergencies only, but will still be available during these hours. Call ahead and get your orders in and we will begin processing them at 10am!!

Our first topic will be “Healthy Aging for Senior Women” presented by the fabulous Denise DeRosier! Denise is a licensed nutritionist and a functional medicine consultant! We can’t wait to see everyone! Mark your calendars and let’s start 2026 off on a healthy note!!
