I provide counseling services using evidence based programs and techniques that are scientifically proven to relieve distressing symptoms for participants.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy that allows victims of trauma to process the trauma in their brain without re-living all the details of the traumatic event.

CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) is a type of therapy that helps participants recognize and change their own negative thoughts that affect their life. It's a technique that participants can learn and practice themselves.

I am located right outside of downtown Murphy, NC with my office located inside of the 409 building. I am taking on clients part-time currently, but by mid-April 2020 I will be at my practice full-time.
